“We hired Snowflake Smokehouse to cater our wedding of 150 people. When I first contacted Kendall I was looking for menu options, availability, and a pricing quote - that’s exactly what I got. We decided to go with 40lbs of brisket, 30lbs of pulled pork, 100 sausage links (local from Queen Creek), 4 pans of green chile cheese potatoes, 2 pans of cowboy beans, 2 pans of coleslaw, and homemade rolls with delivery to the wedding venue, and serving service. Kendall’s pricing was completely reasonable to other options I had looked into and there was more than enough food for everyone! His communication, punctuality, set up, service, and food was exceptional. I will say I am the pickiest person, as is my family, when it comes to BBQ and Snowflake Smokehouse does not disappoint. Many of our guests commented that it was the best brisket and BBQ they have ever had. We couldn’t be more pleased that we chose Snowflake Smokehouse to cater our special day!”

My wife and I got married in Greer in May of 2019 and were very fortunate to have Kendall and Snowflake Smokehouse cater the event. We live in Tucson so finding all the vendors and planning a wedding away from our hometown was a bit of a challenge. We were not familiar with all the possible catering options available for a wedding in Greer, and finding a selection that satisfied both my wife and I was proving to be very difficult, until my cousin, who lives in the White Mountains, recommended Snowflake Smokehouse to us. She said they had the best BBQ in the area, and everyone she knew loved their food. Based on her recommendation I gave Kendall a call to see if we could work something out. He was very receptive to the idea of catering our wedding, and luckily for us, Snowflake Smokehouse was available the weekend we were having the wedding. Kendall was very interested to all of our ideas we had for appetizers and the main courses and provided some great recommendations on what he had found worked best in his previous catering events. He was open to experiment with some new recipes like the candy bacon we had always wanted for an appetizer, and was extremely helpful and easy to work with in the entire planning process. There was great communication leading up to the wedding and this gave my wife confidence that the food was all taken care of and gave us one less thing to stress about. He even helped us solve some other issues that were coming up with the planning of our wedding like providing additional drink and ice bins for our bar and offering to bring extra ice for us!
The day of the wedding, everyone from Snowflake Smokehouse showed up right on time and were very professional. All of the food was wonderful! The candy bacon we had wanted for an appetizer came out better that we could have imagined. It was amazing! The smoked brisket and chicken we had for the main courses were both great. I especially liked the green chili potatoes, which were unlike any potato dish I had tried before, and one that Kendall had specifically recommend as one of our sides. Overall, I am truly grateful that we were able to have Snowflake Smokehouse provide the food for us on our special day. Everything turned out great, we had plenty of options for our 120 guests, and Kendall was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Snowflake Smokehouse to anyone that is looking for great food for any event large or small.
